You have a right to access you personal data as well as to correct, amend, or delete information where it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of the Principles, subject to exceptions allowed by law or where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual’s privacy, or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated.  You may use the Contact Us link on this web site to make such a request, as long as you include acceptable proof of your identity.

Our marketing emails tell you how to “opt-out” of receiving further marketing emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about your accounts and our business dealings with you.  You may also request that your data be removed or corrected by making such a request using the Contact Us link on this web site.

If such a situation does arise, Visiun’s accountability for personal data that it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, Visiun remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Visiun proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.  To learn more about the Privacy Shield program, and to view our certification, please visit
