We are seeking highly motivated individuals, with MT or CLS clinical laboratory certification and QA experience and with excellent analytical skills. Title: Technical Support Specialist
- Positions are available with rapidly growing software company developing custom applications for monitoring Clinical Laboratory performance
- Part time to full time
- Relocation not required
- Setup of new clients with custom application
- Validation of client data and performance reporting
- Training and support of customers
- Testing new software features
- Some travel may be required (less than 25%) – for client training
- Clinical Laboratory work experience, MT or CLS certification required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with data format conversion, such as text files to Excel/Access
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, patience, and follow-through with customer questions and issues
- Experience training or teaching in technical discipline
- QA experience
- SQL language experience
